Prompto’s main hand weapon. While most guns can be purchased at various shops around Eos or found laying around as a treasure, there are six guns that have different ways of acquisition.

The Valiant is obtained by trading 4 carrots grown from the Cape Caem farm to the NPC Tony nearby. The weapon you receive is also random so you may want to save before trading in case you get a weapon you don’t want, that way you can keep reloading till you get what you want.

The Valiant II is obtained by taking the Valiant to Cid in Hammerhead . He’ll upgrade it for you after you bring him an Earth Gemstone.

The Enforcer is available for purchase from the Totomostro Arena in Altissia by trading 180,000 medals for it.

Lionheart is the reward for finishing the DLC “Episode Prompto” You not only get the weapon in the main game but in Episode Prompto as well upon completion.

Garuda’s Abandon and Gaze of the Vortex are able to be obtained after completing the FFXIV Collaboration. In order to acquire these weapons you must trade items to the NPC Y’jhimei at the trading post in Perpetouss Keep that opens up after completing the FFXIV Event.
