Machinery

Prompto’s second hand weapon. All base machinery are found as collectibles, mostly in Imperial Bases. The one exception to this is the Circular Saw which drops from the MA-X Cuirass at the end of Chapter 2. The upgraded versions are obtained from Cid after giving him the item needed to upgrade it.

Auto Crossbow

The Auto Crossbow is found inside Keycatrich Trench in the hallway right before the Arachne boss.

Bioblaster

The Bioblaster is found outside of Keycatrich Trench on some rocks to the left of the entrance.

Circular Saw

The Circular Saw is gained after killing the MA-X Cuirass (Loki) at the end of Chapter 2.

Gravity Well

The Gravity Well is found in the Aracheole Stronghold (an Imperial Base) It is the base where you get the Regalia back in Chapter 5.

Noiseblaster

The Noiseblaster is found in Fort Vaullerey (an Imperial Base) It is the base where you encounter Aranea in Chapter 6

Drillbreaker

The Drillbreaker is found inside Formouth Garrison. You will have to complete the quest first to clear out the garrison before you can retrieve it. Once you’ve done the quest, head back inside to the area on the map to find it.
