The Medjay Assassin’s Robes were a reward for completing the Assassin’s Festival back in 2017. The Assassin’s Festival was a collaboration between Assassin’s Creed and Final Fantasy XV.
The outfit is currently unobtainable since the event has been removed from the game. Square Enix has no plans to reimplement the Festival sadly.
