Prompto can learn nine filters in game. By default these filters are set to “Random”, meaning that when Prompto takes his photos during the game he will randomly use one of the filters he’s learned. You can set these filters to “Often, Sometimes, or even Never” if you’d like. You can also use the filters when using the manual camera by pressing the up or down arrows on the d-pad.

There is one filter that is not obtainable anymore and that is the Feather Filter. It was available during the Assassin’s Festival Collaboration. Since the Festival has been removed, there is currently no way to obtain it.
