Final Fantasy XV has two soundtracks for the main game. There is also a Piano Collections and a soundtrack for the movie Kingsglaive.
There are also some extra discs floating around that are more obscure. I’ll mention two of those below.
Original Soundtrack Volume 01
The first soundtrack for Final Fantasy XV was released on December 21, 2016. It contained music for the main game. There was a regular CD version, a blu ray version, and a limited edition blu ray version. The limited edition blu ray version had two bonus discs and the booklet had some extra interviews in it.

Blu Ray Version (Regular)

The booklet for the blu ray version is exactly the same as the CD version.

Limited Edition Blu Ray Version

The Limited Edition Blu Ray version of the soundtrack included all the same tracks that were on the CD version with some bonus material. A video for “Stand By Me” by Florence and the Machine that played to pics from the game, and a Promotion Movie set to the track “APOCALYPSIS NOCTIS”.
This version of the soundtrack can only be played in Blu Ray players (like the PS4) but allows you the option to rip the tracks either from putting the disc into a blu ray drive on a computer or going to a custom link that you are given on screen to download a zip of the soundtrack to your computer.

There are also two bonus discs included with this version.

One is a bonus disc of piano arrangements of certain tracks from the game. Interesting thing to note is there are three tracks on this CD that are not on the Piano Collections Album that was released, “Disquiet”, “Relax and Reflect”, and “Melancholia” are unique to this disc. This disc is a CD disc and can be played on normal cd players/drives.

The second disc is another blu ray disc and includes music that you can listen to in the Regalia in game. The tracks on this disc are not available for download and only able to be played on screen.

Front and Back

This version has the same booklet as the CD version with a few extra pages of interviews.

Original Soundtrack Volume 02
The second soundtrack was released on March 21, 2018. There was two versions of this soundtrack released. A CD version and a Blu Ray verison. A limited edition version was not released.
Both versions included music from Episode Gladio, Episode Prompto, Episode Ignis, Comrades, and the Royal Edition.
The Blu Ray version contained tracks that are not on the CD version. The music for the Moogle Chocobo Carnival, Assassin’s Festival, Monster of the Deep, and the Piano Collections were only on the Blu Ray version.

CD Version
The CD Version spanned five discs. The CD version had music from Episode Gladio, Episode Prompto, Comrades, Episode Ignis, and the Royal Edition.

Blu Ray Version
The Blu Ray Version has the same tracks as the CD version along with the extra tracks for the Moogle Chocobo Carnival, the Assassin’s Festival, Monster of the Deep, and the Piano Collections.
The Blu Ray version was two discs and could only be played on Blu Ray players/drives. Like the first soundtrack you had the ability to rip the tracks to your computer as MP3s.

Final Fantasy XV Piano Collections
The Piano Collections for FFXV was released on February 22, 2017. Several tracks from the original soundtrack were turned into piano versions.
Notable tracks include Somnus, Valse di Fantastica, Veiled in Black, and APOCALYPSIS NOCTIS.

Final Fantasy XV Prologue
While this disc is not a soundtrack I’m including it here.
It was released on November 29, 2016 and included as a physical copy in the Luna Edition of the PS4 and as a digital download in the Deluxe Edition and the Ultimate Collectors Edition.
It is a drama CD (spoken word) depicting the events before the start of the main game.
A translation of the dialogue can be found here:

Final Fantasy XV Ultimate Collectors Edition – Special Soundtrack
The ultimate collector edition had a special soundtrack that included music from the game, Kingsglaive, and Brotherhood.

Of note on the game soundtrack are five “bonus tracks” consisting of various music from trailers of the game and the “Prelude (World of Wonder)” track.
